TLA - TAL: Getting Started

The 21 Things for Administrators is my "next step" in the 21 Things project.  I completed the 21 Things for Educators during the summer of 2011.  It was a great process to review and explore the tools in more depth.  At first glance,  it appears that 21 Things for Administrators is taking the tools and incorporating them into a collective plan.  I'm finding the organization to be a bit confusing, but am hoping it makes more sense as I proceed.
